• KITCHEN CABINETS: Modiani Handcrafted kitchen line
  • CABINET FINISH: White chalk paint kitchen finish
  • KITCHEN DESIGNERS:Kobi Aharon, Bernard Kim

This transitional American custom kitchen uses our own US made Modiani Handcrafted kitchen line, which is locally produced in our Modiani Kitchen factory in Pennsylvania, USA. It is situated in a luxury neighborhood in Great Neck, NY. The residential luxury home was originally of contemporary style, but was then converted to a mix of transitional and traditional style house with warm accents and a stunning kitchen design. For this transitional kitchen project, our Modiani kitchen designers Bernard Kim and Kobi Aharon worked hard to infuse the kitchen and interior space with a blend of old and new design elements that give a smooth and transitional style in its signature warmth and sleekness.

Back To Transitional Kitchen Portfolio

As mentioned, this transitional kitchen features American transitional handcrafted cabinetry from our own Modiani Handcrafted kitchen line. This means that anything is possible in terms of design, cabinet finish, layout, color and design elements. If you are looking for a transitional or traditional kitchen, this line is indeed our product with the highest end materials to choose from and most customization options in terms of moldings and handcrafted cabinetry design. Our client chose the transitional kitchen cabinetry in a sleek, white cabinet finish, which was specifically created for this interior space. The high-end custom kitchen cabinetry features a so-called beaded inset style and white recessed panel doors in white chalk paint, which are very popular among our clients.

This transitional residential kitchen features a stunning 48-inch farm sink, which is an old world element that helps to bolster the room’s transitional character and probably forms one of the main focal points within this kitchen space. It ensures that the space is used in the most efficient way by having two straight kitchen cabinetry designs alongside both walls. This ensures that there is plenty of space for cooking, moving around and socializing within the space, even incorporating a small round kitchen table into the space with four beautiful gray designer chairs. The kitchen uses glass shelves and cabinetry, which is very typical for transitional kitchen designs. This style is further underlined through the use of stainless steel kitchen handles that have a long, elegant and slightly round shape. This matches well with the steel kitchen appliances, which are also on purpose left fully exposed to create a brave, slightly industrial style look within these amazing interiors.
