The stained glass lighting fixture situated over the table was a lighting fixture that the client had prior to the renovation and wanted to retain in the kitchen post renovation. The deep wood of the table works to create a bridge between this part of this modern Italian kitchen and the rest of the interior space. The only other cabinetry finish used is a decent, elegant light gray lacquer kitchen cabinet placed above the kitchen countertop. Additionally, a green-tinted white backsplash draws the warmth and bold colors of the lighting fixture outward, working to establish a cohesiveness across the room.
A majority of the storage in this space is in the tall pantry situated next to the kitchen’s ovens. On these tall kitchen cabinets, thin elegant black kitchen handles with a dark aluminum finish are utilized. On the L-shape kitchen layout design and kitchen island, the kitchen cabinets and drawers have finger pulls. The original refrigerator, which features a black glass front, was used, with teak veneer on the top and right to make the kitchen refrigerator feel more integrated into the room.
To the left side of the window, additional storage was added including a bi-fold door to the far left, which has a glass folding door in a taupe color. The modern Italian kitchen island also features storage space on its back side. This ensures that this trendy Italian designer kitchen doesn’t just look stunning, but also has a lot of functionality and space to store away kitchen items. In combination with the white stunning kitchen flooring, that has the same finish and color as the quartz Caesarstone kitchen countertop, the cabinetry stands out even more and makes every admirer fall in love with its sleekness and elegance.
