In this interior space, our client wanted to achieve a clean, bright design with a timeless yet unique character. The Italian Cesar kitchen used for this project was extended and windows were made part of the kitchen design to bring in as much natural light as possible, so the professional chef can come up with new food and recipe creations while spending time in his private kitchen space. To embrace as much simplicity as possible, our Modiani kitchen designer Kobi chose tall kitchen cabinets and a column refrigerator, which mirrors the profile of the kitchen cabinetry, and wall column ovens.
Style choices for this contemporary kitchen project included thick open shelving as well as LED lighting on each shelf, which was incorporated to help the design of the kitchen space seamlessly integrate into the overall design of the rest of the home. Direct and indirect lighting is spread out casually throughout the rest of this luxury kitchen space in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. Also adding to the aesthetics of the space is the kitchen’s backsplash, which uniquely features dark brown colored tiles in an octagon shape. For the kitchen flooring, a Brazilian walnut wood floor finish was chosen that goes hand in hand with the design and color scheme of the backsplash.
