Kobi started his design career in a local kitchen showroom in 1995, after finishing his studies in interior design. Through his career, Kobi has specialized in Italian high-end brands, and has built up his reputation as European kitchen design expert across NJ and NY showrooms. In 2010, he decided to open his own business, together with his new business partner Gil. They opened the high-end kitchen showroom Modiani Kitchens, which allowed both partners to express their experience and talents whilst delivering unique design, products, and service. Based on their success, they also opened a second kitchen showroom in NYC, called Cesar NYC Kitchens. Throughout his career, Kobi has visited and experienced the Italian kitchen industry from all vantage points, from design to production and marketing. Kobi has an architectural and environmental kitchen approach that considers the kitchen space and the house as one architectural entity.
