We remodeled a very small New York City studio apartment with Modiani. It was a very challenging project given the available space. Karen designed a very creative plan that maximized every inch of what we had to work with. It included a kitchen, storage closets, custom drawers, and a large wardrobe closet. The attention to detail was excellent and we had great experience. Wilma (scheduling) and Daniel (installing) were both total professionals and as accommodating as could be. With any project like this there were some issues that arose that made it even more challenging, but the key was Modiani being both super responsive and committed to getting everything to our liking, even with adjustments. That is so important and they delivered. Would always recommend them to others.
