Old fashioned customer service is what I call it! From the moment I walked into the store, I felt I was an important customer. As we went through the design phase and installation, Chaim was right there for anything I needed to know or change. He did a great job designing the kitchen and helped me select appliance location and more. When we needed a few modifications, Chaim was on the job. Chaim reflects customer service as it should be: prompt, courteous, helpful. I will definitely use Modiani and Chaim again for other cabinetry. Oh, by the way, the kitchen looks gorgeous!
