Modiani Kitchens is proud to be one of the main sponsors of the annual Englewood Toy Drive. This charity event runs every year from end of November until mid-December to support families in need in Englewood, NJ. The idea is to collect unused books and toys for families, who may not be able to afford gifts for their children during the holiday season.
If you are a family in need and based in Englewood, NJ, you can register here until mid-December. In 2018, the deadline to register for the Englewood Toy Drive is Monday, December 17, 2018. Please note that you need to be an Englewood resident and that your children need to be between 0 and 17 years old in order for you to qualify.
If you wish to donate unused toys and books, feel free to stop by at our Modiani Kitchen Showroom in Englewood, NJ, since Modiani is one of the main drop-off locations for the annual Englewood Toy Drive. This year, you can drop off presents until Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Please make sure that they are new and unwrapped, so they can be donated considering the specific needs of the selected families in need.

We would like to thank all volunteers, including the members of the Englewood Fire and Police Department and the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, who make the annual Englewood Toy Drive happen. With their help, it is possible to organize such a social initiative, which involves many hours of organizing the Toy Drive, collecting toys, selecting the beneficiaries, wrapping the gifts and delivering them to the chosen families.
This special event was put in place in 2005, and has helped numerous local families since. We noticed that the number of families in need are constantly increasing in Englewood, Bergen County, which explains why over 350 families received toys and books last year. The receiving families are selected based on their needs, and Modiani Kitchens is pleased to support these families, who would otherwise not be able to give their children gifts during the holiday season.
