Located in Water Mill, NY, this Hamptons residence pairs refined luxury with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Modiani Kitchens owner and designer Kobi Aharon designed the kitchen in collaboration with Hamptons architect Lindy Woolcott of By Appointment Hamptons, creating a bright, sophisticated interior with a strong connection to the outdoors.
A large picture window serves as a focal point, filling the kitchen with natural light and framing views of the surrounding landscape. Inspired by the home’s proximity to the beach, the design combines a light, understated palette with warm natural materials for a distinctly Hamptons aesthetic.
The custom Italian kitchen features Cesar’s N_Elle collection on the island and Maxima 2.2 cabinetry throughout the perimeter. The island, finished in rich Palissandro wood veneer, incorporates a range top and two sinks while creating a natural gathering place at the center of the kitchen. White elm lacquer cabinetry provides a crisp contrast, enhancing the openness and light of the room.
Designed by Modiani Kitchens and crafted by Cesar in Italy, the cabinetry is complemented by pure white and black slate quartz countertops from Caesarstone. Integrated appliances from Sub Zero and Wolf, and Gaggenau complete the design, balancing refined aesthetics with everyday functionality.
