Eleven Hancock, a high-end multi-family new development, is located in the north eastern corner of Morningside Park in New York City. It was a collaboration between our Cesar Kitchen Showroom as well as Issac | Stern Architects, and features an innovative, contemporary new build with 71 apartment units. The building is 12 stories high and comprises a total of 122,000 square feet.
Our Cesar Kitchen design team designed the kitchens and vanities for this project in line with the unique architectural design of the exteriors of this development. The kitchens are made of a premium melamine noce moro finish in combination with a high-end silk lacquer pearl gray cabinet finish. The cabinet finish used for the bathroom vanities is a premium melamine noce miele finish in the same sleek style as the kitchen cabinets.
Our modern kitchen design concept considered different design aspects, like the large windows of all apartment units, the private terraces, as well as the amenities provided by this residence, including a children’s playroom, a recreation room, private roof terraces and a common roof deck. All of the kitchens in this multi-unit building were custom made in our Cesar kitchen factory near Venice, Italy, and were positioned within close proximity to the oversized windows, so a view of Manhattan can be enjoyed while preparing a meal.
