Closter Animal Welfare Society, aka C.L.A.W.S., is having a Wine & Pastry Tasting at Modiani Kitchens on March 21st. The event will include a variety of wines, hor d’oeuvres and a pastry presentation from Vicki Wells. Executive Pastry Chef Wells is a 5-time winner as Bobby Flay’s sous chef on Iron Chef American and has been selected for Pastry Art and Design’s “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America.”

The proceeds from this event will help C.L.A.W.S. further its mission to treat sick, injured, and abandoned animals.
