I am a New York based real estate developer and have known the great Modiani Kitchen team for several years. I’ve worked with Modiani on a luxury condominium development project in Manhattan, as well as on my private residence. The experience had been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. All the way from the first step of design and development of concepts, through selection of materials, delivery, and installation, the Modiani team had shown nothing but creativity, professionalism, and courtesy – all while keeping the projects within budget and on schedule. They have always been able to come up with creative and functional solutions. Their unparalleled commitment to high-quality service has recently been proven yet again when they came in and replaced a broken mechanism in my home kitchen (because they felt that a repair would simply not be good enough), all free of charge, even though the kitchen was already out of warranty.
